Mistakes

Lets agree that everyone makes mistakes. Everyone. It is normal, it is life. As my little old dad told me, it is what we do to make amends that is the difference between leaders and losers. Think about that over the weekend - do you run from your mistakes or take responsibility and grow?

And always remember that enthusiasm will lead you through the darker times. If you believe in what you are doing then you can conquer anything that is thrown at you. Enthusiam is infectious. If someone does something wrong, first ask what have you learnt from that? then what would you do differently next time? Too many managers tell people what they have done wrong and then are surprised when people don't learn in the future......
